【Braised Chicken Liver】
Ingredients:
Chicken liver 1000g
2 grass fruits/ 2 star anise/ dried chili 50g/ clove 10g
Amomum 10g/ Chinese pepper 10g/ rock sugar 20g/ salt 20g
Soy sauce 100ml/ ginger 20g

step:
1. Clean the chicken liver, add ginger and boil in water for 5 minutes to pick up
2. Add water to the pot, pour the chicken liver, add the above-mentioned ingredients, and simmer for 30 minutes.

配料:
鸡肝1000g
