配料:

4.細辣椒切碎,大蒜切片,加鹽醃製60分鐘
5.雞燉好撈出,放入冰水降溫
6.炸好的花椒油加入辣椒中,加醬油,醃製2小時
7.雞切塊裝盤,倒入泡好的辣椒
8.開吃
