To prepare the Chicken First, you will need 4 Large Chicken Breasts Chopped into Small Pieces But Not Too Small, Oil for Frying, 1 and Half Cup of Plain Flour, 5 EGGS, 1 TBSP Ground Black-Pepper, Half TBSP Red Chilli Powder, Pinch of Cayenne, Half TBSP Paprika Powder, Half TBSP Salt, 4 Cloves of Crushed Garlic.
To Prepare the Sauce, you will need 3 TBSP Oil, 1 and Half TBSP Crushed Garlic, 2 TBSP Ginger, 4 Green Chilies Without Seeds and Cut into Two Halves from the Middle, 2 Chopped Spring Onions, 4 and Half Cups of Chicken Stock, 2 Cups of Ketchup (You can Add Half a Cup More for Some Extra Sauce) , 2 TBSP Dark Soy Sauce, 3 TBSP White Vinegar, 4 TBSP Corn Flour, Some Water, 1 – 2 TBSP Sugar, Half TBSP Ground Black-Pepper, 1 TBSP Crushed Red Chilli (Add more if you want the sauce to be Extra Spicy), Just a Pinch of Salt (Don't Add too much Salt).
