【Mapo Tofu】

Ingredients:
Tofu 500gBeef 200g
Doubanjiang 100g ginger 50g garlic 50g green onion 20g Chinese pepper 20g starch 20g salt 20g soy sauce 30ml vegetable oil 100ml

step:
1. Cut tofu into small cubes, boil for 10 minutes, pick up and set aside;
2. Mince beef; mince ginger and garlic; mince pepper;
3. Prepare 200ML cold water, add starch, soy sauce, and salt to make thickening juice;
4. Pour oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds; add beef and stir-fry for 1 minute; add bean paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
5. Add boiling water, pour in tofu, add pepper powder, cook for 5 minutes;
6. Add the thickening juice, cook for 3 minutes, lift the pot, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

麻婆豆腐

配料:
豆腐500g牛肉200g
豆瓣醬100g姜50g蒜50g蔥20g花椒20g澱粉20g鹽20g醬油30ml植物油100ml

步驟:
1.豆腐切小方塊,下鍋煮10分鐘撈起備用;
2.牛肉剁碎;姜、大蒜剁碎;花椒搗碎;
3.準備200ML涼水,加入澱粉、醬油、鹽,調製勾芡汁;
4.鍋中倒油,加入姜、蒜炒30秒;加入牛肉炒1分鐘;加入豆瓣醬炒2分鐘;
5.加入開水,倒入豆腐,加入花椒粉,煮5分鐘;
6.加入勾芡汁,煮3分鐘,起鍋,撒蔥末。
7.麻辣鮮香的麻婆豆腐好了。
